The entry period begins when the giveaway is first announced and ends at 11:59 PM local time on April 25, 2026.

Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 422 Homes, its affiliates, partners, and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter
To enter, follow the instructions provided in the official giveaway promotion. This may include submitting an entry form through the event page, scanning a QR code, completing a form online, or other entry actions as specified.

All required information must be submitted by 11:59 PM local time on April 25, 2026. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within one week following the conclusion of the 422 Days event.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry and may also be announced on 422 Homes social media channels. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen. Up to three alternate winners may be selected. If no winner is confirmed, the prize may go unawarded.

Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize – A Blackstone Grill.

The prize is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another item. 422 Homes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Limitation of Liability
422 Homes is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, or for any technical issues that may affect participation. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless 422 Homes, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or acceptance of the prize.

Right to Cancel or Modify
422 Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Governing Law and Disputes
All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any claims shall be limited to actual out of pocket expenses. No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages shall be awarded. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
